I added ability to create and use custom map types.

You can create map type by template URL, or by GetTile function
In map details – enable custom map types, enter into type list your map type IDs, and you can also set first custom map type as default (initial) type.
In nearest future I’ll fix layer control (manage it appearing etc). Today it is always displaying.
