Changes (2.9.13 – 2.9.14)
* you can define button style for placemark list (Icon or Text)
* you can define button position (in control positions slider)
* you can set not open placemark list when map is shown, and show/hide only by button
For table and external style button is not shown and placemark list is displayed always
