Zh Maps support tags for placemarks and paths

Hi. I added support tags not only for placemarks, but also for paths. In next releases I'll add filter for map call (component menu item) addition parameters to filter (call from different maps) by this tags (4 parameter - 2 for placemarks and 2 for paths). Zh BaiduMap, new dashboard, code review, bugfixes

Hi there. Now all CSS files for front end located and used only from site folder. Compatibility mode for Resource Files now only used for icons. In future it will be moved to site folder too. I added Dashboard, it is more flexible to navigate to other parts of my extension (documentation, forum, JED, donate page ;) etc ). Fixed bug for action placemark - change icon was not correctly finished

Zh BaiduMap, fixed size of drop down lists and a few new features

Hi. Today I found out, that incorrect displayed drop down lists in map details for Map Controls (position, etc). I added a few spacers (empty space), and now you can see all list values. I added "Home" button - you can click on it and restore your map center and/or zoom.
