I’ve added new admin translation:
* Portuguese (Portugal)
* German (Germany)
The front end was added earlier.
And find out a little bug:
when you use “JOTCache plugin”, which align code into one line, there are a few places of code not have last ; and in this case was syntax error.
It fixed, in component, module and plugin
